Special is an app that helps manage at home therapy plans for children with special needs. by breaking the therapy plans down to short activities and helping parents and caretakers take it one step at a time
The problem
Children with special needs require a lot of assistance and professional practice to get ahead. In order to achieve real progress you need more than a weekly session with a professional, you need regular practice in the home environment to support it. this is often performed by the child's parents, caretakers or other family members.

The Solution
Special connects between the parents and the professional therapist by suggesting short and simple activities, breaking the impossible journey into small, fun filled steps.
User research conclusions
Special app will offer activities to increase the motivation and help ease the load.
Statistics are a MUST, in order to see progress and evaluate the activities' success by both the therapist and the parents/caretakers.
Accomplishments or difficulties can be shared with the therapist easily.
Special app will reward parent's/caretakers' achievements so they feel appreciated
There also needs to be a joint account for multiple family members/caretakers
Primary User Flow
The primary user flow is for a returning user. after logging back in, the app suggests an activity for the user to perform, the user selects the activity and at the end marks its completion. when the activity is completed a short survey comes up.
Onboarding
During the onboarding the user will set up their account, their child's profile and have the ability to connect to a therapist.
